Which cell phone provider is better and cheaper for PDA's phone?

I want to get a PDA phone but I still haven't decided if I should switch my service from verizon to sprint.........verizon is somehow a little bit more expensive??? is that true??? which provider gives you unlimited service with a decent monthly statements???
