when the season changes, my eyes get sensitive to the sunlight and they become really itchy, its been happening since i was about 6 years old. and then i get a stuffy nose and sore throats and the back of my tongue on the sides get really itchy which make my ears hurt too.. is there anything i could do to make it go away or make it better ?
