do they have any special chemical that is somewhat bad? Like Centrum, is it bad if you drink it regularly?

Most vitamins can be taken quite regularly but if your unsure then it should say on the back

Recent research has shown that extra vitamins are bad for you. Just eat good food is all that's required.
