What's the ideal sprint spike for 100m 200m and 400m, 7mm or 5mm. Should i have

Needle or Pyramid spikes? This track is a normal athletics track i think it may be synthetic,
I am 13 and competion is tough so i need to get max speed and i cant afford my spikes to be two hard to get out of the track, getting stuck.
