Sansa View MP3 player video codec compatibility.?

I have a Sansa View 8GB mp3 player for a few months now but I never have uploaded a video to it and I lost the installation CD. Besides, I don't want to use the software provided.
Apparently it can handle MPEG4,H.264, and unencrypted WMV formats. I like mpeg4, more specifically, Xvid.

What are the exact mpeg4 specifications required to be able to play video on this portable media device? Be VERY specific. Video Bitrate and codec used, Audio Bitrate and codec used, Video frame size, etc.

I have good knowledge in VirtalDubMod and many other pre and post video editing software.

    Thanks in advance!
