No. Not at all. What's the point of accepting a request from someone that doesn't interest you? Also, in the case of myspace (i don't know about facebook), half the friend requests you get are 'whores' and don't care who you are, they just want a bigger number on their profile. And then, a lot people just use facebook a means to communicate with friends they already have online
