If your router is set up right, then he'll need the 10 digit WEP key that you created during the setup to connect.
But then again...he DOES have VISTA...so good luck there too.

My friend came over and is trying to connect to my internet connection...
...and it won't work. Help? We've tried setting it to automatic IP configuration, and we've manually put in my IP address with no luck.
He's running VISTA and I have a LINKSYS router and an ARRIS modem.
Please help!
