I've lost my Sprint phone recently...is there anyway to track it?

Shucks, you took all the fun out of it with your additional details. I was going to suggest you call it and ask the person that answers it where it is. But seriously, no there is no way to track them, except for cases that involve law enforcement and tracking the signal but they don't do that for lost phones.
 
It doesn't have a GPS navigation system or anything... it's a basic flip phone. It's made by Samsung.

It's a PM-A740.
