how do i set network settings on samsung u700?

Hi,
the phone i have was debranded to get rid of another providers stuff, when i got this phone, i am unable to retrieve/open mms. I can receive them, but not open, and i cannot send them. It says i need to define network settings. How do i do this? i have been able to use mms on this phone before as i tried before it was given to me, but i guess since it was debranded it got rid of the network settings. How do i get it back?

any help is very very very appreciated.

You would need to contact your service provider for those settings as every carrier has their own set of network settings for their respective networks
