Help with Motorala Cingular KRZR!?

My screen is broken, and i saw that someone provided step by step directions for which buttons to push to save contacts to a sim card. I was wondering if anyone would be kind enough to lend me step by step instructions to forward all of the messages in my inbox to my email or another number? Since my inside screen broke, i have 54 new unread messages :/
