i go to cardio 2 times a week at the gym (the classes) and i do 2 weight lifting days but of the weight lifting days, 1 of them is mainly low weight but a lot of reps of 3 sets and the other day is heavy weights of 10 reps of 3 sets.
i used to do the latter for both days but i'm not tryin to get bigger. i just wanna tone down and have some muscle definition.
i do other cardio activities during the week such as playing sports so the cardio isnt a problem.
