Almost every other day i get a back spasm.
Today was the worst. I had been walking alot today,

and i got home stretched up, and i felt like someone had stabbed me in the back. Could this be triggered by to much physical movement on my back? How can i help relieve the pain besides tylenol? I havnt been to the doctor yet, but its getting to the point where i think i should go. Oh, and, ive been using a heating pad and ice packs. What are some stretches or ways to get rid of the back spasms?
