Seeing as nobody really buys CDs anymore, this news isn't that shocking, but since it's still a little shocking (just a slight tingling sensation), here you have it: Pricewaterhouse Coopers reckons spending on games is about to overtake spending on music, possibly as early as this year.
This could be the perfect occassion to drum up the continual success of our favourite medium, and how it marches ever on towards cultural domination, but really, that would be stretching it. This has more to do with the Gawd-awful state of the the music business than any great strides being taken by games. Luke Plunkett
