[FONT=&quot]Want to gather advices. Recently, I got my vaccines and there were nights when I hear ringing on my hears. Do you experience the same? I'm worried that it may affect me permanently. I got stressed too with the news about increasing COVID cases, it gives me panic attack. Hope you can give me suggestions on how to overcome this anxiety. Thank you.[/FONT]

Better not react with physical symptoms as it does not mean you have the COVID-19. Its been 7 days, does the ringing stays?

Yes, there's still this ringing on my ears and so with my headaches. This two comes hand in hand. I got also a news that my co-worker is having flue since her first jab. I'm also worried about her.

Just for an update, I'm now feeling okay but, still experiencing ringing on my ears sometimes. However, my co-worker is still not okay and I'm so worried. She will be having her doctor's appointment this Monday for further check up. Have anyone of you experience this?
