    Your not going to like it but driving in a privilege not a right!

    The rule of less than a year with 6 points and redoing a test is there because a lot of new drivers are very inexperienced, however, they think they know how to drive fast and speed. I'm sorry but the speed limits are there for a reason and you have been caught out. I think have the 'I'm guilty of this but I want to lie to keep my license' attitude is not going to work.

    Opt to go to court and then you can explain how much your licence means to you and the prospect of loosing it could cause you to loose your job and that you won't do this again. You may find the court will favour your honesty and put you on a drivers inprovement scheme or just give you a fine.
