Short Trip this Spring Season

Hi guys,

I am planning to have a short trip/travel to the beach by next month and I wanted to unwind a bit. Probably I will stay there for a week. My mind is a bit cluttered now and a lot of things going around. So I would appreciate if you could give me suggestions on what activities that is great for relaxation and would be timely for Spring season. It would be really helpful.
