The Vancouver Canucks have addressed their goaltending shortage in a trade with the New York Rangers. The Canucks dealt a seventh-round pick in the 2020 draft to the Rangers on Tuesday in exchange for netminder Marek Mazanec. The 27-year-old native of Pisek, Czech Republic, has played 31 NHL games since he was drafted in the sixth round by the Nashville Predators in 2012.
