How to make Bittorrent download files?

Hi,

So I'm in japan for a holiday, and I was downloading some stuff using bittorrent in Osaka, and downloads worked perfectly, and we just moved to Tokyo, and nothing is moving in the Bittorrent program. Everything that is queued is always "Connecting to Peers" and how do I fix this??
