I have just been recording my 100m technique down at the track and i noticed how i actually have quite poor technique. I run it in about 11.5 so im not too worried about improving the speed so much but i was wondering if anyone can give me pointers on how to improve technique...
my problem is mainly i have short strides and dont lift my legs up high.
