usually theres back to school sales, end of season sales, special event sales, store opening sales, and theres usually always a sale rack

Stores have lots of sales for Holidays. Like, Labor Day, Presidents Day, Thanksgiving etc. Also when a season is changing most stores will sell the old seasonal clothes cheaper, with 20-50% and more off. So check around Holidays and clothes should be on sale now because summer is ending and school is starting up
