How do lazy skinny women who nosh on cake, candies, soda all day stay skinny?

The ones who NEVER exercise, don't work or don't move much at work, don't play with their kids or do a sport, but manage to eat in one day what I do in a week, how do they stay 98 pounds or so?

Either their metabolism is high as a kite or they are not eating any other time. It's that simple.
