Am I the only one that thinks Samsung makes better tvs than Sony?

When you compare a Sony with a Samsung of the same size the Samsung is usually a couple hundred dollars cheaper with a higher contrast ratio and more hdmi ports. Plus I think Sony uses Samsung panels for their tvs.

I researched and stared at both for months when I was looking for mine. Samsung won that battle and I am a proud owner of a 46" 1080p 120hz LCD HDTV. It is awesome, and it cost me about $850 less than the comparable Sony.

i am still a sony lover, however samsung TVs kick ass. They are stylish and have great quality. I have always had Sony stuff and recommend it cause it lasts for ages and the company has core competencies in miniaturization and some technological innovation, however i got a samsung 1080p last month and it wipes the floor with the sony. TV go samsung
