    Messed up with a colleague

A subordinate keeps on making mistakes in our work and I start to notice that her work is pretty much messed up. I would want to have a re-orientation and told her to focus more on work which made her so upset. Attitude really sucks big time and seems not learning from the past mistakes. When is the best time to endorse her to the personnel department in the most objective way?

Hello, Stylishfirm Sad to hear about your subordinate. I guess, there are some people who are really difficult to handle when it comes to doing their responsibilities at work. However. may I ask if you already talked to him or her about that matter? or she might be needing a sort of motivation? Anyway, if you think, the attitude does not change, perhaps, Its already the best time to endorse your subordinate to the personnel, they would know better and could relate more in such case.
