hi well hopefully someone can help me
i have a t-mobile wing and when i first got it it let me view the videos i recorded thru the phone. now i cant even view them in the little area where it shows your videos. i have to go to the file explorer and look for them in my storage card. in the place where i can view the little thumbnails of the video it says storage card but i still cant play it from there. i still have to use the file explorer. and when i transfer the videos from my phone to the computer it says something like "error-2401: an invalid sample description was found in the movie (video_001.mp4)"

help please?
