No. There were some rumors going around that a 50s porn film called "Chuck" was him, but it wasn't.

I haven't heard anything about Chuck Connors being gay. He was also a hero of mine as a kid and as an adult. I wish "The Rifleman" still came on TV. I hope that the rumor about him is not true.
