    time for workout

    Hey..

    I just want to ask a question from all of you how much time do you spend while working out..?? i spend almost 30 to 40 minutes.. is it okay ?

    It's enough to spend the 40 to 50 minutes on the workout if you do the workout with full consistency.
    In this time you can do all necessary workout properly. I spend 45 minutes in my routine workout, and I do all exercises properly during this time.

    Taking exercise on daily basis is a good quality. When we take exercise on daily basis we can take part with full devotion in the activities of life. You asked that how much time you spend in workout. If you are taking exercise on daily basis you can give 30 to 40 minutes to your daily workout. It’s enough time for exercising.
