Bubble in front of my leg muscle (Calf) Next to my bone?

When I put pressure on my leg a bubble pops up, it does not hurt and has been there for a few years. I have just been thinking about it lately. Strange. Has anyone ever had a similar problem. Front right leg next to bone-calf muscle. When i squat it extends probably 2-3cm.

I have the same thing and another forming in my other leg i'm now 33 had it for 20 years
