how can i get an unlocked iphone(for international use)? Is apple store offering it?

No ! I would like to share my experience here . I have an unlocked iphone . I got it unlocked by using Remote unlocking method . I got it from the provider ProUnlocking.com I can access all the features without any disruption . Really, i'm happy to have my unlocked iPhone .
