In news that made the baseball world drool*Monday, the Lehigh Valley IronPigs unveiled special bacon caps that they will wear on Saturday nights this season. The Triple-A team, affiliates of the Philadelphia Phillies, unveiled the caps as part of their Smell the Change campaign.
In our rush to bring you the all-important news about the bacon caps, we missed two other crispy developments from the IronPigs' merchandising department.
They put bacon strips down the side of their pants too!*

You can buy sweats of a similar design for $42, but that ain't all.
You can complete the look with a bacon T-shirt. There's scratch-and-sniff version that the team says will smell like bacon for 10-15 washes. It costs . You can also get an aroma-less shirt for , but why would you?*(Also: only a difference? We thought the scent of bacon was more of a premium).
