First, please no judgement. I already know this is my fault and stupid on my part.

A few months ago I signed up for a Telus plan and got a phone through Telus. I thought they were going send me bills in the mail, but they never did. I thought maybe my first bill would be the first six weeks or two months or something, and then I kinda forgot about it. Then, I got a text from them saying I forgot to pay my bill, and I was confused. I realized I probably need to call them, but I put it off. I just tried to register an online account with them, figuring by now that they aren't sending me paper bills. But when I put my information in to register, I got a message saying "Account Cancelled".

I know this is bad. I owe them probably a lot of money, and not only has my service been terminated but they cancelled my account. What should I do? Can I sign back up with them? And why on earth have they not mailed me anything? I'm pretty scared for my wallet and my credit rating.
