If i am mining bitcoins do i need to pay for anything?

I just started mining bitcoins and i want to know if the cost of internet or electricity or anything will go up in the house? Also is there anything i can do to get a better MHash/s with slush's pool and this GUIMiner? I have a 650M Geforce nvidia
