Dream regarding backbone and heart repair surgery?

I dreamed that I was in the operating room and was surgically repaired a love interest's backbone and he was awake while I was doing it....after I stitched him up...he had asked me to stitch and repair his heart. He was awake both times and when he asked me to repair him in the front he kept looking at me sheepishly and with a boyish smile on his face. I was wearing scrubs and he was wearing very short...patient shorts. Ahem.

Even though I have feelings for this person I feel that now is not a good time to make any moves...what does this dream mean and symbolize? Any suggestions?
