Software that Permanently Delete files with a SEARCH Feature? Anyone?

I tried Revo, did not work for me. Is there any other free software, where I can search for key term, like "dragon Naturally speaking" and it will find all those related files, and delete them permanently?

The Dragon software uninstall is broken, so I cant uninstall it through the normal methods, and Revo is not brute force enough. So I need to search my key term, scans my drive for those files, then just deletes them all.


(yes, already tried safemode.) Anyone know of a good software for this?
