Hello, everyone.

I recently received a medium-sized portion of my federal loan tuition money (I am a 2nd year law student at the Berkeley Law School, top 3% in my class). I am considering using that money to invest and trade in bitcoin and litecoin for a few months before I need to submit it to my university because I lost a portion of my last installment on a couple of college football games from two Saturdays ago and need to get some of it back. I'm not worried about losing money as I graduated from a top 5 ivy undergraduate school (median ACT - 34) with a degree in economics and bitcoin/litecoin is the currency of the future, but I am concerned with the ethical considerations of it. It really isn't "my" money; it's the government's money. Do you guys think it is wrong of me to earn money with the government's capital?
