torrented app not working?

I have tried multiple different methods of downloading torrented apps and the most reliable one I have gotten so far is frostwire and when I sync my iphone 4s to my computer it downloads the app. example terraria. But the problem is that when I click on "Terraria" it just reads "Installing.."

Any ideas on what to do?
