Need to fix bitcoin wallet? Bounty offered?

I have 3 transactions that have been unconfirmed for weeks. I am using bitcoin-qt software. Tried leaving it going, reinstalling on another computer, and transferring my wallet.dat.

Willing to message back and forth to get this resolved.
