What makes a good introduction on youtube?

I was just curious because ive recently made an introduction but its not that informative i guess. It's more of me being an idiot but i do explain some things. Just wondering what kind of things are needed in an introduction video because i dont think i took the right approach... thank you, i'll vote best answer today
