Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson was listed as questionable due to a groin injury, but there is good news for his fantasy football owners.
Well, bad news if you are facing Peterson.
Peterson missed two days of practice, and despite being limited on Friday, he will play against the Green Bay Packers on Sunday, according to NFL Network reporter Ian Rapoport (via NFL GameDay Morning).
Peterson has rushed for 851 yards and nine touchdowns this season and will team up with quarterback Christian Ponder to prevent a season sweep by Green Bay. Rapoport said he expects Vikings receiver Greg Jennings (Achilles) to play against his former team, but Minnesota has only one win in its past six games.
At least Peterson is healthy enough to help fantasy football owners who are fighting to make the playoffs.
