It's for a story. Megan "Meg" is one of the main characters, a troublemaker, late-teens or early-twenties. Her sister is "the good twin," and is more of an infrequently recurring character. They both have red hair (though Meg's is more of a vibrant orange while her twin's is slightly darker and a shade or two closer to auburn.), freckles, and blue eyes.
