In the co-main event, Rashad Evans scored an impressive win over his good buddy Chael Sonnen.
Evans and Sonnen are close friends and frequently work together on Fox doing analysis of UFC fights.
They hardly fought like friends, though, as Evans pounded out Sonnen in the first round with serious ground and pound.
After a long stretch of clinching along the cage, Evans managed to get Sonnen to the ground. And when he got his friend to the mat, he was ruthless.
Evans moved into mount, got Sonnen face down and unloaded a series of rights and lefts that forced referee Herb Dean to stop it. The time of the stoppage was 4:05 of the first.
It was a one-sided fight and seemed easy for Evans, but he said it was tough because of their relationship.

"It was [tough]," Evans said. "Me and Chael are close, and I like Chael a lot. When you like a guy a lot like that, it's hard to do."
The win was the 13th as a light heavyweight for Evans, tying him for the UFC's divisional record.
