guide works? I recently got promoted to Shift Leader and my manager is extremely hard headed and does not have any patience to kindly explain to me how the prep guide is done. After days of her just getting extremely frustrated with me I have decided I should try something else. For example, I understand our prep guide asks for 6 bags of beef to be available and that if business is too slow or too fast I can change that around, but what I don't necessarily understand is what beef I would count. Do I count the ones the heating cabinet, retharmalizer, and the hot line? And what number do I write in the 2/3rd drop column?(That is the only column my manager writes in). Would I write how much of a product I have or how many more I need to make?
