My Motorola Electrify M has many pictures and 765 member phone book which cannot...

...be Bluetoothed or copied.? I had to trash my Motorola because we went to prepaid. I have 765 contacts and many pictures which do not transfer via Bluetooth. I tried sending everything to the SD card 8 gigbyte. It has no data on it according to the new Samsung. The Motorola shows a download arrow ? when instructed to export and it shows the last nine attempts .0001.vcf - .0009.vcf. Can any one shed some light on this problem?
