Cosmopolitan Digital Subscription; worth it? Or a waste of money?

I was thinking of buying a subscription to the Cosmopolitan magazine for iPad but I want to know if Ill regret it (especially considering that it's about $8 more expensive). Is the digital version just like the magazine or is it lacking in areas? I also heard that there have been a lot of issues with downloading and viewing the magazine. Is this true?
