bluetooth headset works on mobile but not on pc?

Hi, my bluetooth headset is paired with my pc, it shows up in bluetooth deviced but when i click on sounds, i cant see my headset there. I have tried removing and reinstalling the head set but still, the sound is coming out of the laptop speakers.

Btw i am using windows vista 32 bit.

can anyone help?
