    A good fitness program?

    Okay so, I NEED to lose 30 lbs in two months, hush I know it's not healthy but I will stick to it.

    What would be a good fitness program?
    How can I do this? How many hours a week do I need to exercise. What exercises do I do? Something that reduces arm and thigh fat...running? Stair climbing? Walking? How many times a week, how long and what exercises? Thanks!!


    A proper diet will be set up, any suggestions for food?

    Avoid fats completely and cut the calories keep yourself active as much as suits you and that is all you need,Basically its about how well you maintain the diet and the plan that you made because its normally according to that and that is the thing that makes you gain your goal.

    Make a diet plan and stick to it, ovoid oily things, start drinking water it will help to reduce extra fat,
    cardio exercise is good, try cardio and aerobic exercises.

    I suggest you to join any boot camp.. There Personal Trainers would help you in better way.. But if you wanna loss weight by your own self than try to follow these points
    1 control calories intake
    2 try weight loss exercise (swimming,running,yoga)

    3 make a diet plan and stick on it
