fly workout makes my shoulders crack?

now I realized this long time ago whenever I raise my shoulders they make a pop sound but when I tried the fly workout it seemed serious that I couldn't finish my workout and whenever I do another rep It cracks harder so I stopped.

what can I do to stop this not only in workouts but in any other movement ?!

You shouldn't give a lot of effort to it,Take things easily and do not go over the top in any sort of workout keep it moderated and that will surely help you.If you still get no change you should see a doctor.

Try slowly slowly and update your efforts with timely manner,
not do work hard at starting.
