Should I go to EB expo or Get something like an upgrade for my pc or a PS3?

I'm been offered to go to EB expo, only catch is I'm 14 and won't be able to play games MA15+ (unless somebody knows otherwise) or should I get an upgrade for my pc like a better video card or RAM or a game like The Last of Us?
