OMG, 43 universes!! My memories of this are timing going to bed and getting up in the morning very precisely so as to minimise the possibility of my fleet getting "ninja'd". Good game, and we had a nice team at one point, but not something I fancy going through again.

Better than WoW. Who needs 3D rendering and nearly real looking characters when you can just have a sim game and nothing more. It's still fun in a non "Blizzard wants you to pay them £15 per month for a game that is more geared to D&D players who have no real life skills".
I guess that is what makes O game better. In that it's free.

It seems Ogame has a beta version on production. On first looks it seems better than the original O game.

Yeah, tribal wars has gone like that as well, loads of different worlds. Same sort of thing, just medieval times.
