Bluetooth help with phone?

So a few weeks ago i was using my bluetooth headset to listen to music the blutletooth soundbot to connect to my phone a coolpad 4G smart phone now i havent used it in awhile but when i tried to connect my headset to my phone it says no device found or it finds it but whn i try to pair with it it trys to then goes back to asking me if i want to pair with device im 100% sure its my phone, any suggestions on how to fix tje problem?
