Fitness question for the next few months?

So im a xc and track runner. I run about 35 miles a week (and will increase this to 50+ by the next few months). I have started to do 100 push ups, sit ups, and squats. My question is, with running 50+ miles a week, doing this push up, sit up, squat routine, what kind of results will i get after several months?

It's a good workout routine for the physical fitness and weight management.
It's enough to run 5 km daily, if you run 35 km a week then you don't need to add more km in your running workout.
If you do some push ups, sits, and squats etc. along with this running workout then you are doing best for your fitness matters.
